All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season. Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowances can be made for meals not taken. Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival (arrangements can be made to leave bags earlier). Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. We cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safekeeping. Accounts to be paid on arrival.

 In the event of any cancellation should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name is on the Booking will be liable to pay the total cost as per reservation. Deposits are not refundable. If the deposit has been paid by credit card, then any payment due, owing to cancellation, will also be made on the same account.

Any damage incurred to the hotel property will be charged for (this includes soiled bedding, mattresses, duvets, towels etc).

We reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any booking should the conduct of any person cause upset to any other guests. When booking your holiday you are entering into a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.
